Copy from history

Click an item in the panel to copy it to the clipboard. Press ⌘V in the destination app to paste.

Remove a file from the shelf

Removing an item from the shelf does not delete its original file. Dragging it to Finder is a separate move operation.

Search and translate

In the App Store version, copy text before pressing the search or translation shortcut. You can also send selected text to MacClipboard from an app’s Services menu.

For local translation, select a supported MLX model folder or configure a running server. In-app models require Apple silicon. Cloud translation requires your own API key. External service charges follow each provider’s terms.
